Shipping:
Every attempt will be made to
expedite your large format printing order. Usually, we are able to print and ship
within 3-5 business days of receiving your order or your approval if you are ordering
proofs prints. Exceptions may occur during weeks when we are traveling to shoot
our own images or during periods of exceptionally heavy printing volume. If you are under time constraints, please let us know when
ordering.

We prefer to ship your large format prints to
you in heavy 5 inch tubes. This may be slightly more expensive, but your
prints will be better protected during transport. If you prefer, your
prints can be shipped flat. There is an additional charge for this service
as well as increased FedEx charges. Smaller prints may ship in boxes instead of
tubes.

New! We have simplified our packaging, handling, and
shipping fees. The new charges are 10% of your order total with free
shipping for orders of $500 or over to the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipped
to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. Please inquire for
international shipping charges.

We are happy to ship your large format prints by a priority method if your needs
dictate. You will only be billed the 10%
packaging, handling, and shipping fee (to cover our costs of box and wrapping) plus the
actual additional shipping costs. If you need priority shipping, please
specify overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day on your order form or when
contacting us.

Our preferred carrier is FedEx
Ground.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you request
shipping to a P.O. Box your order will go via USPS. Other shipping arrangements
may incur additional shipping charges.
