Upload Your Files
You may use our upload utility located at right to send us your files. Simply follow these four steps:
1. Fill in your email address, and add any message you would like to send in the message box. If you are submitting a file for evaluation only, please tell us what to look for. For example: "how big will this file print and still look great?"
2. Click the "Browse" button (PC) or the "Choose File" button (Mac) to locate the image file on your computer. Select (open) the file. The file name will now show in the dialog box. Repeat this step for each file to upload.
3. Click the "Upload Now" button, and the upload process will begin. This may take some time depending on your file size and the speed of your internet connection.
4. If you have not already done so, please use our Order Form to complete your order.
You will receive an email confirmation of your successful file upload. You will receive a second email with an order confirmation and a PayPal invoice after we have examine your image files -- usually within 24 hours. We will alert you of any questions or concerns regarding your order or files at that time. Your order will usually ship within 3-5 business days of your paid invoice. Upon shipping, FedEx will email a tracking number directly to you.
